“I’m truly honored to have the opportunity to serve Garner through the arts,” says Pridgen. “As the new Arts and Cultural Superintendent, it’s my goal to keep the arts accessible, affordable, and entertaining for all audiences.” She adds, “I think there is great potential for symbiotic relationships between the Town, artists, schools, and local businesses.
